Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing all tasks and requirements essential for executing the assigned service jobs (including but not limited to maintenance, Repair, tools, field service car etc.)

Responsible for all forklifts and minor mechanical tasks (including but not limited to troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, etc.)

Confirming with the customer service visits that meet the agreed due time

Responsible for performing maintenance work for electrical/diesel forklifts

Performing fault tracing and repair work for electrical & diesel forklift models

Responsible for installing, controlling, inspecting incl. commissioning / re-commissioning the new forklifts

Completing the service task given during the due date.

Achieving/ensuring customer satisfaction for each job done.

Performing final reports and documentation forms and ensuring their reception to the service coordinator.

Open new opportunities for the maintenance/repair needed during each and any assigned job.

Full responsibility for all received company assets (tools, field service cars etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering

6-9 years of experience in the same field service for forklifts (Materials Handling Equipment).

Good communication skills

Able to work well in a team

Analytical and research skills

Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work

Self-confident
