Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor all ASSD systems including CCTV, access control panels, intrusion detection systems, and alarm management tools.
  • Maintain constant surveillance of all designated areas and promptly respond to security alerts or incidents.
  • Log and report all suspicious activities, equipment malfunctions, and security breaches in accordance with SOPs.
  • Coordinate effectively with on-ground security personnel and emergency services when necessary.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure all control room systems are functioning correctly and report any faults immediately.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, shift reports, and system checks.
  • Respond to calls, intercoms, and other communication devices and dispatch field personnel accordingly.
  • Follow escalation protocols for any incidents requiring higher authority or emergency intervention.
  • Comply strictly with PSBD regulations, site-specific policies, and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in regular drills, briefings, and refresher training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Valid PSBD License (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in(ASSD)
  • Familiarity with control room operations, CCTV systems, access control, and alarm monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, report writing, system monitoring tools)
  • Ability to stay alert and focused during long shifts
  • Professional appearance and behaviour, as per PSBD code of conduct
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
