The Prosthodontist will analyze dental and medical histories to identify the underlying causes of oral deterioration, such as tooth loss from injury, decay, or disease.

Develop and present customized treatment plans to patients, explaining the process, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Conduct comprehensive examinations of patients' oral and maxillofacial structures using diagnostic tools, including X-rays and 3D scans.

Administer a wide range of treatments involving prosthetic devices - Design, fabricate, and fit custom-made, removable appliances for patients with missing teeth.

Bond thin, custom-made ceramic shells to the surface of teeth to improve their appearance. Restore damaged or missing teeth using artificial caps or multi-tooth prosthetics. Surgically place artificial tooth roots into the jawbone to support crowns, bridges, or dentures.

Perform cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening and bonding to repair chips, cracks, and gaps. Oversee the lab fabrication of custom oral prosthetics to ensure quality and precise specifications. Work closely with a team of other dental and medical professionals, such as oral surgeons, orthodontists, and dental technicians, to provide comprehensive care.

Treat complex issues related to the jaw, such as temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, and resolve problems with bite alignment. Address complex cases of traumatic injuries to the mouth, teeth, and face. Provide reconstructive treatment for patients with oral cancer or congenital abnormalities, including creating prostheses for facial and jaw defects.

Provide patients with detailed instructions on how to maintain their restorations and practice good oral hygiene. Fit and adjust newly fabricated dental prosthetics to ensure comfort, proper function, and aesthetic results. Follow up with patients to monitor their progress and provide long-term care.
