PROPULSION DUTY MANAGER Gulf Air

1.Coordination and implementation of the Fleet Team functions to ensure the regulatory compliance of the aircraft within the fleet.
2.Monitoring the activities of the fleet hour agreement services providers to ensure that they are fulfilling their contract and meeting the needs of Gulf Air.
3.Evaluating the quality of the service provided by the service providers such that it meets with agreed and approved standards. Initiating improvement activities where required.
4.Support SME and to prepare and develop business plans to identify cost, implementation schedules that will be escalated to Executive Board level for review and approval.
5.Participation in the various aircraft Reliability Programs in partnership with the service providers. Providing input and initiating actions that result in improved maintenance and operational procedures.
6.Liaising and coordination with manufactures, service providers and other suppliers on technical issues at the operational level.
7.Ensuring that Gulf Air s and the service provider s procedures are complied with while maintenance is carried out on the Gulf Air fleet.
8.Undertake any special assignment and project as defined and directed by the MFTP.
9.Attend internal and external meeting as directed by SME or MFTP.
10.Discharge position responsibilities and duties in such a manner that defined performance and achievement goals can be satisfied.
11.Special assignment, tasks and responsibility, as defined by SME.
