Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Gerab National Enterprises LLC is hiring a Proposal Engineer for Abu Dhabi office to assist the Sales Team to achieve and exceed the sales targets that have been assigned and to generate revenue by carrying out sales process related activities.
Offer/Quotation Process
Register and log all inquiries received in the database.
Review and evaluate received RFQ/Tender Documents & acknowledge the same in 24 hours.
Contracts
Review orders and ensure that the received orders are in line with our offer & interface the same into the data base.
Sales Order Activities
Order execution and Coordinate with all relevant departments including but not limited to Expediting, Local & Foreign Procurement to ensure that all contracts are executed in a proper and timely manner by meeting the promised dates.
Documentation & Filing
Ensure that all relevant files are kept in both soft and hard copies as per the format provided for all inquiries and tenders as per the company procedure.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in proposal making in Oil and Gas piping industry.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have Family Book.
