Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and develop technical and commercial proposals in line with company capabilities and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and costing departments to gather required data for proposals.
  • Perform cost estimation and prepare pricing sheets.
  • Ensure all proposals are submitted within the deadlines and meet client expectations.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and follow up on submitted proposals.
  • Maintain documentation and records for all proposals and revisions.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales and bidding activities.
  • Participate in negotiation meetings as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • 2+ years of experience in proposals, estimation, or technical sales (preferably in construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of costing and tendering procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and proposal software (AutoCAD, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
