Property Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Supervisor to oversee and manage our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have an excellent organizational skill and a customer-focused approach. The Property Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the properties, managing tenant relations, and leading a team of property staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with company standards and local regulations.

Address customers inquiries and concerns promptly, handle lease agreements, and manage tenant move-ins and move-outs.

Coordinate and supervise various activities (i.e., maintenance.), ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.

Manage and mentor property staff, maintenance technicians, and related personnel.

Monitor and manage property budgets, including collections, expense management, and financial reporting.

Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, maintenance issues, and financial status to senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to details, team leading, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
