Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property operations, ensuring that all aspects of property

  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues proactively to maintain property standards and tenant satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and resolving disputes to foster a positive living environment.

  • Prepare and manage property expense including tracking expenses and keep records

  • Contact vendor/supplier to get quotation and compare pricing.

  • Manage and overseen the vendors and service provider, get regular reports.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field, with a solid understanding of property regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or real estate, demonstrating a track record of effective property oversight.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) to showcase professional proficiency.
  • Familiarity with property management software and tools, enhancing operational efficiency and tenant communication.
