Job Description

An established entity in Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Property Operations Officer to manage lease agreements, property inspections, and maintenance oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee lease agreements and rent collection

  • Conduct site inspections and manage maintenance requests

  • Prepare periodic reports on property income and status

  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal departments

Desired Skills:
  • Minimum 4 years of real estate/property management experience

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • Excellent reporting and coordination skills

  • Valid UAE driver s license
