Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing MHD’s real estate portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. The role combines property management expertise with strategic investment insights to maximize asset value and returns for the organization.


  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use properties within MHD’s investment portfolio.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies that align with the department’s investment objectives.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including marketing, tenant selection, lease negotiations, and renewals.
  • Monitor property performance, analyze financial reports, and recommend improvements to enhance ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and capital improvement projects to maintain property value and standards.
  • Manage relationships with tenants, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics to senior management.
  • Assist the Investment & Real Estate team in evaluating potential acquisitions or divestments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in property management, preferably within investment-focused real estate.
  • Strong understanding of property management operations, real estate investment principles, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Preferred Arabic Speaking
