Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring they are informed at every step.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Create compelling property listings using high-quality photography and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, advocating for clients’ best interests to achieve favorable terms.
  • Coordinate property viewings, ensuring properties are presented in their best light and clients feel welcomed.
  • Assist in preparing necessary documentation for transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
