• Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of property market dynamics and economic principles.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid real estate license and willingness to follow industry regulations.
