Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Off plan (Under construction) Property Sales or Ready Properties Sales & Leasing in Dubai

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering tailored property solutions.

  • Catering client leads, enquires and assisting in appropriate professional manner.

  • Contacting and establishing connections with potential clients, investors, sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants to close deals and business development.

  • Facilitate property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties in a way that emphasizes their unique selling points.

  • Stay updated on projects, local real estate laws and regulations to provide clients with accurate advice.

  • Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance property visibility across all social media platforms and engage with a wider audience.

  • Monitor market performance and provide clients with regular updates and insights to refine their property strategies.

  • Must attend property launches and training sessions by all developer and bayut/dubizzle as when schedules and instructed by the employer.

Monthly Salary AED 2500 to AED 6000 + Incentives (Based on profile)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundational knowledge.
  • Experience in customer service or sales roles to enhance skills in client engagement and relationship building.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency can be a significant advantage in diverse markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients' interests and close deals successfully.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of local market trends and the ability to adapt to changes for providing clients with relevant insights.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales or property management to demonstrate industry expertise and client handling.
