Roles & Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around advising clients, setting up property viewings, processing documents, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on real estate industry trends.
- Advise clients on property purchasing trends and the current market climate.
- Identify client needs, preferences, and financial abilities to propose suitable options.

- Coordinate with legal counsel and mortgage brokers to streamline the transaction process.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of available properties for sale or rent.
- Assist clients with the legalities and documentation required for property transactions.
- Foster and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market analysis.
- Participate in real estate seminars and workshops to enhance industry knowledge.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience as a real estate consultant or similar role in the industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing transactions.
- Ability to conduct market research and derive relevant property insights.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license or professional certification may be required.
