Property and Quality Supervisor

-Handle incoming and outgoing client communications to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of service issues.

-Follow up on client requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure effective and timely resolution.

-Conduct regular spot checks, site visits, and service evaluations.

-Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous service improvement.

-Monitor team and subcontractor conduct on-site to ensure professionalism and high-quality service delivery.

-Identify service gaps, recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions.


Property Coordination


Oversee the daily operations of project properties, including maintenance and service coordination.

Liaise with subcontractors and internal departments to complete work orders and service requests.

Track, follow up, and resolve property-related issues, ensuring clients are kept updated.

Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational standards on-site.

Maintain and update project records, documentation, and schedules.


Reporting & Documentation:


Prepare and present reports covering client satisfaction, service quality, and issue resolution.

Maintain detailed logs of communications, complaints, service evaluations, and corrective actions.

Escalate performance concerns and risk areas to senior management with recommendations for improvement.


Requirements


Proven experience in property coordination, quality control, or facility services.

Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Sound knowledge of property maintenance workflows and operational standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Valid driver s license and willingness to travel to various site locations.


Preferred Qualifications


Background in facilities management, engineering services, or real estate.

Familiarity with health and safety standards in property operations.

Bilingual (Arabic/English or other languages), depending on client base.
