Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


· Property Showings & Negotiations: Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals successfully.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure repeat business.

· Market Insights & Consultations: Advise clients on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends to facilitate informed decisions

· Sales Documentation: Prepare and finalize sales contracts, agreements, and necessary paperwork to close deals.

· Performance Reporting: Track sales progress, report performance, and adjust strategies to achieve targets
