Description

Morgan's International Realty, the UAE's premier luxury real estate brokerage, is seeking an exceptional individual/ Property Consultant to join its Dubai-based brokerage. Morgan's International Realty is a market leader in the industry. We are currently recruiting a small number of experienced professionals for the 2023 . These individuals must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, well-presented, and, most importantly, have prior experience assisting ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Responsibilities

1. Exceed industry sales targets/key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Head of Sales.
2. Provide specialized services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals in relation to the sale and transfer of primary and secondary real estate properties.
3. Promote the company's ultra-luxury branded developments in Dubai and meet set sales targets.
4. Maintain a professional appearance is required to work in our luxury real estate offices.
5. Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective customers and guide them through their journey with exceptional service.
6. Provide clients with information about market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
7. Secure agreements with secondary market property owners to market properties in UHNW residential communities and developments.
   In accordance with Sales Administration policies, prepare documents such as listing forms, marketing addendums, and requirements.
8. Verify that the above-mentioned listing documents adhere to Dubai's Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
9. Schedule appointments with prospective buyers to show properties.
10. Accompany purchasers on property visits and inspections, advising them on the suitability and value of the properties they are viewing.
11. Provide purchase offers to sellers.
12. Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers during negotiations over property prices and settlement terms, as well as during the closing of sales.
13. Oversee the signing of documents during property closings
