Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify property trends and investment opportunities, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Provide tailored property recommendations based on clients' unique needs and financial goals, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate property viewings and open houses, showcasing properties effectively to highlight their unique features and potential.
- Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes that align with their best interests.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in property sales, leasing, or real estate advisory roles to ensure practical insights.
Real estate certification or license is mandatory to validate expertise and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Proven track record of successful property transactions, showcasing strong negotiation and sales skills.
