Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying their real estate needs and recommend suitable properties from a diverse portfolio.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed presentations on available developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate offers and close property sales in alignment with company standards and client requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches within Egypt and the Middle East.
  • Coordinate with developers to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to prospective buyers.
  • Support clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final transaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
