KILONEWTONS is recruiting a visionary Projects Manager to lead large-scale developments in Tabuk s booming construction sector. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape Saudi Arabia s future infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout
• Manage budgets exceeding SAR 50M+ with strict cost control

Team Management:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of 50+ professionals
• Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors

Technical Oversight:

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes and NEOM standards
• Implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with government authorities and international consultants
• Present progress reports to C-level executives

Risk Management:

• Develop contingency plans for complex projects
• Maintain Zero Incident safety culture

Mandatory Skills & Tools

Software Mastery:

• Primavera P6/MS Project
• AutoCAD/Revit (BIM Level 2)
• SAP ERP for construction
• Power BI for analytics

Certifications:

• PMP/PMI (Required)
• Risk Management Professional (Preferred)
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration

Sector Experience:

• 5+ years in GCC megaprojects
• High-rise/industrial/infrastructure background

Compensation Package
