Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute ELV projects including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, BGM/PA, SMATV, ICT, AV, and Low Current Systems
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents
• Prepare and submit method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and work completion reports
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor site activities, manpower deployment, and material availability
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project requirements
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Support testing, commissioning, snag clearance, and project handover
• Identify risks, delays, and technical issues and propose corrective actions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunication Engineering
• Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in ELV project execution
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, standards, and site practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Primavera / MS Project is an advantage)
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• UAE Driving License – preferred
