Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective project control systems, procedures, and tools.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control activities.

Monitor progress against approved schedules and budgets; highlight variances.

Provide regular progress, cost, and risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Recommend corrective and preventive actions to address delays or cost overruns.

Manage project cash flow forecasts and support financial planning.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are in place.

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and the technical office to ensure alignment.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planning and cost engineers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
