Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Abdulla Al Arif Holding LLC is seeking an experienced Project Technical Manager to lead and manage all technical aspects of assigned projects. The role is responsible for ensuring technical compliance, design coordination, quality standards, and effective integration between engineering, construction, and project management teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all technical activities related to project execution, including design, engineering, and construction coordination.

  • Review and approve technical documents, drawings, specifications, method statements, and material submittals.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, and local authority regulations.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide timely engineering solutions during project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

  • Minimum 5–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a technical management role.

  • Strong experience in UAE projects is preferred.

  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams.

  • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and local authority requirements is an advantage.
