Project Technical Manager Tornado Group

• Lead all technical coordination activities related to civil, architectural, and MEP works throughout project stages.
• Review contract documents, IFC drawings, specifications, and identify technical gaps or risks.
• Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality and authority standards (DM, ADM, Trakhees, etc.).
• Chair technical coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Liaise with planning and procurement teams to align technical sequences with construction schedules and procurement timelines.
• Provide timely solutions to design and construction conflicts, including value engineering where required.
• Supervise QA/QC procedures in coordination with quality teams to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices related to technical operations.
• Support handover processes by ensuring closure of NCRs, snag lists, and submission of O&M manuals and as-built records.
