Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to drive project sales.
- Prepare and deliver compelling project proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify project opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical , Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on project-based sales or similar.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and their application in sales processes.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
Experience in the [Specify Industry, e.g., Electrical products and electrical accessories etc ] industry is highly preferred.
