Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to drive project sales and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of clients and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Provide post-sales support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in project-based industries such as construction, engineering, or technology.
- Relevant certifications in sales techniques or project management (e.g., PMP, Sales Training) are a plus.
- Experience in managing high-value projects with a solid understanding of project lifecycle and client management.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
