Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PMP or equivalent certification is required.
  • Minimum 20 years in the construction industry, must have led the delivery of a high-rise hotel project as Project Manager.
  • Strong project management experience; methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
  • Strong leadership, contractual, and managerial skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
