Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects – from planning, execution, monitoring to closure
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
- Create and manage project plans, schedules.
- Conduct regular status meetings, track progress, manage risks, and implement plans.
- Manage client communication, expectations, and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation (SOW, BRD, test plans, UAT, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and external regulatory standards.

- Support in post-go-live issue tracking and transition to support teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in IT project management (ERP, Mobile/Web apps, integrations)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory IT compliance is a plus.
- Gulf experience or experience in similar markets is desirable.
* Experience in working with relational databases like SQL or MySQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies
* Ability to manage tasks independently
