We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligning with organizational goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Lead project meetings and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Jira).
