Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects: define scope, timelines, and deliverables • Allocate resources and coordinate with production and design teams • Manage project budgets and control material costs • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure timely delivery through effective scheduling • Maintain high-quality standards in all produced models • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and collaboration • Lead, guide, and motivate the production team • Document project progress and generate reports • Drive continuous improvement in processes and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • 3+ years of project management experience (architecture/design/fabrication preferred) • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Experience in project planning, budgeting, and quality assurance Hands of experience in Project Management using the software in the field: (i) AutoCAD (ii) SketchUp (iii) 3D Max, Rhino & Revit, Lumion will be an additional advantage. • Well versed and sound knowledge in the Fabrication of Models, molding and casting, and the ability to supervise talented craftsmen. • Ability to coordinate and team up with major departments of : Research and Development, Landscaping and Accessories, and Logistics: Moving and Delivery.
