Main Job Responsibilities

1 Policies and Procedures - Support the implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the company s guidelines.

2 Project Management - Conduct project feasibility studies, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.

• Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
• Handle legal and governmental documentation and permit preparation for assigned projects.
• Address tenant relation issues requiring changes in facilities or government compliance.
• Respond to urgent project situations such as accidents, site hazards, and government interference under supervision.
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and tracking mechanisms.
• Prepare progress reports and escalate significant issues to the Projects Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

3 Stakeholder Coordination - Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and third parties for assigned projects.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication to align on project objectives.

4 Risk Management - Identify potential project risks and propose mitigating actions to the Projects Manager.

5 Staff Support - Provide guidance and training to junior staff as required.

• Offer feedback and assist in identifying skill gaps within the project team.

6 Other Responsibilities - Undertake additional assignments or tasks as directed by the Projects Manager.

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Required

Certification Required/Preferred

• Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers Required

Experience Required/Preferred

• Minimum 7 Years Required
