Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Leading the overall delivery of the high-rise hospitality project from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives under the Project Directors direction.
  • Managing and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and specialist consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serving as a client liaison, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met and communication is maintained.
  • Overseeing project controls including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Ensuring full compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international best practices.
  • Driving value engineering and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
  • Preparing and presenting progress reports, project updates, and executive summaries.
  • Resolving issues, delays, or conflicts proactively to keep the project on track.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 20 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

Excellent experience in a previous PMC role is essential.

High Rise and Hospitality/ Construction experience required.

Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project and construction management, with at least 10 years in the hotel and hospitality sector.

Proven track record managing high-rise developments (30+ floors), preferably within the GCC or similar international contexts.

Experience working within or alongside top-tier consultancy firms.
