Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution -
Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP) aligned with contractual and technical requirements.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of airport projects from initiation and design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate with multiple OEMs, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless system integration.
Leadership & Coordination -
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams; delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability.
Conduct weekly progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes safety, quality, and performance excellence.
Cost, Schedule & Quality Management -
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and budget; initiate corrective measures for deviations.
Oversee cost control, procurement planning, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with all QA/QC procedures, safety standards, and airport authority regulations.
Risk & Change Management -
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage variations, delays, and claims, ensuring proper documentation and client communication.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement -
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company professional reputation on-site.
Qualifications & Experience -
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in project management for large-scale or airport infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of BHS, HBS, and airport security systems.
Proven experience managing multi-vendor international projects with complex interfaces.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel or relocate within Saudi Arabia as per project needs.
