Responsibilities

• Lead and manage foremen under your supervision, ensuring efficient execution of Aluminium installation projects.
• Attend client meetings to discuss project requirements and Aluminium works installation.
• Make on-site decisions regarding client approvals and installation processes.
• Review and monitor project schedules, identify deviations from planned timelines, and report findings to senior management.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and production departments to resolve any work discrepancies.
• Organize and conduct meetings with foremen to assign and discuss project tasks.
• Study and verify shop drawings to ensure aluminium panel installations meet approved specifications.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude with strong ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the Aluminium Fabrication industry.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
