Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Full supervision of real estate development projects (residential and commercial), ensuring timely delivery with the required specifications and quality.

• Preparing and regularly updating work plans and project schedules.

• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and related authorities to ensure efficient progress.

• Managing technical teams and subcontractors, monitoring their performance.

• Reviewing and approving project-related reports and payment certificates.

• Enforcing quality, safety, and occupational health standards throughout all project stages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate projects, particularly residential and commercial.

• Preferably holds a professional certificate such as PMP.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interdisciplinary team collaboration skills.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.

• Prior experience in real estate development projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred
