Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • min 7 years of proven experience in project management within the interior design, engineering, or construction sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement effective action plans.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline).
