Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job specific responsibilities:

  • Manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and advises contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
  • Review project proposal and contract to determine time frame and procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources to various phases of the project
  • Identify projects' risks and participate with all stakeholders in establishing mitigation procedures
  • Coordinate and act as the focal point with other functional areas as required by the project
  • Ensure that project plans are updated and signed-off as needed
  • Ensure project deliverables compliance to the SLA.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to project s team members based on the work plan and follow with their performance /
  • Establish project communication plan across all involved functions and stakeholders

Managerial responsibilities:

  • Coach, support, and advise subordinates regularly, furthermore, appraises their performance.
  • Build and maintain team spirit.
  • Cascade down departmental plans into functional operational plans.

Generate project status reports and escalate issues beyond scope of authority

  • Minimum of 5 years and up to 9 years of proven experience in project management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Experience working in an onsite (office-based) environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
