Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Agility CLC Project Phases within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Provide program-level planning/integration for parallel workstreams (civil, MEP, utilities, logistics facilities).
- Own project controls: schedule baselining, progress tracking, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage EPC/prime contractors and key subcontractors; oversee procurement, expediting, and logistics.
- Drive contract administration, variations/claims, and commercial negotiations (FIDIC/EPC familiarity).
- Enforce QA/QC and HSE requirements; ensure regulatory and permitting compliance within SCZone.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders; prepare executive dashboards.
- Lead risk management (registers, mitigations, contingency) and change control.
- Build and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary site team; ensure knowledge transfer and succession.
- Report to the Engineering Department Manager (Sr. Projects Manager).
- Adhere to Engineering Department procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive track record in Project Management and Program Management delivering large industrial/logistics or infrastructure projects/Governmental/Mega projects.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, architectural, MEP, utilities).
- Proven success managing contractors and consultants under stringent timelines.
- Strong command of Primavera P6 or MS Project, plus advanced Excel/PowerPoint; Management software exposure is a plus.
- Solid commercial acumen: budgeting, cost/value engineering, cash flow, and contract/claims management.
- Robust stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Familiarity with FIDIC and EPC delivery models; SCZone/port-adjacent project experience is advantageous.
- Degree in Civil/Construction/Architect (postgraduate certificates in PM are a plus).
