Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Workstream Coordination
    • Structure and track deliverables across multiple internal workstreams.
    • Align priorities with business analysts and ensure visibility into progress, blockers, and next steps.
    • Maintain and update internal roadmaps, task trackers, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
    • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and progress updates.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and clear documentation of decisions and action items.
  • Project Delivery Oversight
    • Plan, launch, and manage transformation projects from concept to execution.
    • Create detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
    • Drive accountability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of recommendations made by the transformation team8+years of experience in project management, preferably in business transformation or consulting environments.

Demonstrated experience managing digital projects (e.g., software implementations, platform integrations, or digital service rollouts).

Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project).

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

8+years of experience in project management, preferably in business transformation or consulting environments.
