Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage full interior fit-out execution for a premium villa project from shell & core to turnkey
  • Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, FF&E suppliers, and contractors to deliver ultra-lux finishes
  • Oversee procurement, quality control, and installation of bespoke joinery, marble, lighting, MEP, AV/smart systems, and decorative elements
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and design intent with minimal deviation
  • Conduct site inspections, technical coordination meetings, and regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with Dubai’s construction and fit-out regulations
  • Manage change orders, snagging, and handover process

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury villa or high-end residential fit-out in the UAE
  • Proven track record in managing interior fit-out for premium developments (e.g., Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Hills, Al Barari)
  • Familiarity with smart home systems, bespoke material sourcing, and international luxury standards
  • Excellent leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and RERA fit-out regulations
