Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and corporate projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project milestones, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage logistics operations improvements – including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory optimization projects.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• PMP certification (or equivalent project management certification) is highly desirable.
• 5–8+ years of proven experience in project management, with exposure to logistics, supply chain, or operations projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management software (Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
