Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute logistics and company-wide projects. The role involves coordinating across departments, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, preferably with PMP certification, and hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, and cross-functional project execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and corporate projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project milestones, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage logistics operations improvements – including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and inventory optimization projects.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- PMP certification (or equivalent project management certification) is highly desirable.
- 5–8+ years of proven experience in project management, with exposure to logistics, supply chain, or operations projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and project management software (Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
