Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Resolve technical, operational, or logistical challenges during project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience in a related industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
