Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Create detailed project timelines and communication charts.

Assign responsibilities and track deliverables using project management tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and external vendors.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of all project deliverables and client submissions.

Monitor project quality and performance, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.

Coordinate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners for integrated project components.

Manage project closure, including delivery notes, certificates of completion, and archival of documentation.

Identify and suggest improvements to project management processes and workflows.

Keep senior leadership informed of project status, risks, and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 2 5 years of hands-on experience managing digital projects in a tech, creative, or agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital development practices web, mobile, animation, copywriting, UX/UI, and interactive experiences.
  • Proficient in using modern project and task management platforms (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear action plans.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities.
  • Experience working with creatives and developers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus.
