Roles & Responsibilities

PROJECT MANAGERPROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

· Experience: Minimum 10 years in oil & gas construction, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, specializing in API 650 steel storage tank projects.

· Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of API 650 (Storage Tanks), API 653 (Tank Repairs), ASME B31.3 (Process Piping), ASME Section IX (Welding Qualifications), AWS D1.1 (Structural Welding), and AWWA D100 (Water Storage Tanks).

· Software Proficiency: Skilled in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and material tracking software for construction scheduling and resource management.

· Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of welding metallurgy, tank settlement analysis, and structural integrity evaluation.

· Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction teams, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Manpower Management: Experience overseeing 500+ personnel as a Project Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Construction Management Certification is a plus.
  • Experience working on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects for major oil & gas operators (Aramco, ExxonMobil, Shell, ADNOC, etc.).
