Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and deliver civil engineering projects in accordance with deadlines, budget, and scope.


Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.


Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.


Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.


Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.


Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, engineering standards, and environmental guidelines.


Lead site inspections and progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and clients.


Supervise and provide technical guidance to engineering and site teams.


Mitigate risks and handle issues that arise during project execution.


Prepare reports and documentation for senior management and clients.


Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in civil engineering (master s degree or PMP certification is a plus).


Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil or construction projects (typically 5+ years).


Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.


Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).


Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
