Roles & Responsibilities
The primary role of this Project Manager is to act as a partner, taking complete ownership over the construction of four high-end townhouses. They will lead the entire project from start to finish, with direct support from the head office.
The Project Manager will use their civil or architectural engineering expertise to oversee all construction and high-end finishing work. They will be the main point of contact for all contractors and vendors, responsible for directing their work to ensure it aligns with project timelines and quality specifications. A key part of the job is continuous quality control, conducting regular on-site inspections to ensure all materials and labor meet the required luxury standards. Meticulous documentation of all project progress, milestones, and issues is required, along with comprehensive reporting to the head office. Upon successful completion of this one-year project, the Project Manager will become the head of the project department within the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Project Manager with a mandatory civil or architectural engineering background. They must have a proven track record of successfully managing high-end, luxury villa projects from the initial stages to a high-quality finish.
A strong drive and a partner-like mentality are essential. The person must have a high sense of ownership and the ability to work independently. They should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage all project aspects and effectively represent the company.
