Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and oversee housing construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and technical submittals
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage project resources effectively and resolve site issues promptly
  • Lead project teams and evaluate performance to achieve project objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • ter’s degree is a plus
  • Experience:
    Minimum 18 years of experience in construction projects
    At least 5 years in a Project Manager role
    Proven experience in housing projects     is mandatory
  • Location Preference: Candidates residing in the Eastern Province are preferred
  • Skills:
    Strong leadership and team management abilities
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    Proficient in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project)
    Solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Certifications (Optional): PMP or equivalent professional certifications
