Project Manager IFPP du Cantal

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

• Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scoping: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.

Execution & Delivery: Lead the execution of projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

Team Leadership: Direct and motivate cross-functional project teams (internal and external), assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Provide regular progress reports, manage expectations, and facilitate communication.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues; develop and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans.

Budget Management: Track project costs in order to meet budget constraints; provide forecasting and financial reporting.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and stakeholder requirements.

Methodology: Utilize appropriate project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) to ensure project success.

• Qualifications & Skills:

Solid understanding of formal project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a strong plus).

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.

Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
