Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project team members and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients and team members.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Civil Engineering.
  • Professional certification, such as PMP or Prince
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in the relevant industry, such as construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements.
  • Arabic Speaker & fluency in English.
