Roles & Responsibilities

Join our team as a Project Manager - Global Service Initiatives. In this critical role, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute large-scale, complex projects that drive our organization’s strategic objectives. You’ll manage all project phases, from developing business cases to ensuring seamless hand-offs to regional teams, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the globe. Key Responsibilities - Develop business cases that align solutions with organizational goals. - Create comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating with regional and global leaders. - Prepare technical proposals, including work scope, project plans, and manpower requirements. - Lead cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of project execution. - Monitor and report project progress, ensuring milestones and budgets are met. - Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, EHS, Quality, and Finance to achieve objectives. - Ensure smooth hand-offs to regional resources upon project completion. - Take on special projects as assigned by the Regional Director, Global Service. Qualifications -Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering. -Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a design/consulting firm as a site manager for residential and industrial projects in the Oil & Gas industry. -Certifications: PMP, PMI, Prince 2, ITIL, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent preferred. Skills: -Expertise in civil, architectural, structural, MEP disciplines, project management, and operational processes. -Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Strong financial and budget management skills. -Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. -Cultural sensitivity for working in diverse global environments. - Travel: Willingness to travel 30-50% to validate and launch projects. Who You’ll Work With Internal: Regional Directors, FS Managers, Repair Center Managers, Global Service Parts Managers, Engineering, Purchasing, EHS, Quality, and Finance teams. External: Customers, vendors, and subcontractors in operations, engineering, and purchasing.
